High-temperature centrifugal fan

High-temperature centrifugal fans are mainly classified according to their applicable temperature ranges and structural characteristics, and can meet the needs of gas transportation in different high-temperature environments.
Classified by applicable temperature, there are common medium-high temperature types (generally withstanding 200-400℃) and ultra-high temperature types (capable of bearing above 400℃, and some special models can reach above 1000℃). The medium-high temperature type is mostly used in scenarios such as drying equipment and boiler induced draft; the ultra-high temperature type is suitable for extreme high-temperature environments like metallurgy and ceramic kilns.
In terms of structural design, there are ordinary heat-insulating types and special high-temperature resistant types. The ordinary heat-insulating type reduces heat transfer by adding heat-insulating layers to protect fan components; the special high-temperature resistant type is made of high-temperature resistant materials (such as heat-resistant alloys, ceramic coatings, etc.) for key components like impellers and casings, which can directly withstand the scouring of high-temperature gases and are suitable for more severe high-temperature working conditions.
In addition, they can be divided into boiler induced draft fans, kiln ventilators, high-temperature flue gas conveyors, etc. according to their uses, which play important roles in high-temperature gas treatment in industries such as electric power, metallurgy, and chemical engineering.
